TurnBoard is currently a pre-launch product. The public site exists to explain the product concept, capture interest, and accept contact inquiries from self-managing landlords and small operators.

By submitting the waitlist or contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit sensitive resident information, payment data, or protected personal data through these forms.

Pricing shown on the landing page reflects current launch assumptions: free up to 3 active maintenance jobs, $19 per month up to 20 units, and $39 per month up to 50 units. Final packaging, billing mechanics, and product terms remain subject to change before general release.

TurnBoard is provided on an informational, as-is basis during this validation phase without uptime, feature, or launch-date guarantees.
